Born and raised in Hawaii, Eric brings over 30 years of experience in Hawaii-Japan tourism and marketing, and 15 years of strategic consulting for corporate businesses in Japan and the U.S. His expansive network in the travel industry and extensive relationships in Hawaii and Japan drive the development of ground-breaking programs and cooperative partnerships that offer unprecedented reach to audiences never marketed to before.

With over 30 years of experience in destination and brand marketing, Mitsue works closely with major industry stakeholders in Hawaii and Japan, specializing in multi-level marketing strategies that are crucial to the success of mature destinations.
